I just took a quick visit to a blog called Art of Kawaii which was featured on my friend's blog... her blog's amazing, I loved it. She talks about bigger woman and fashion, beauty and the conceptions (and misconceptions) of what beauty is. Her blog inspired me to write this post about Crystal Renn, a plus size who is absolutely gorgeous by the by, and who rocked V Magazine's Size Issue in a face-off with Jaquelyn Jablonski photographed by Terry Richardson. This post is long overdue, I always wanted to do a post on plus size models and bigger girls in fashion. When I first saw these pictures, it was so refreshing to me to feast my eyes on something new and different. I wish I could remain neutral on this but I definitely think that the clothes look better on Crystal than on Jaquelyn (and no I'm not gonna hate on the skinny chick, it's was just my first impression). Oh and by the way, I thinks it's sad that in our society Crystal is considered a 'plus size'... Oh well... All I can say is "Big girls, You are BEAUTIFUL"!
