It seems as though the pencil skirt is getting thinner, tighter, and longer, which could lead to more difficulty in walking and sitting. We must also acknowledge the perks that this skirt has... it has the power to give us that great hourglass shape as well as a great butt-shot! I love the way Victoria Beckham does this look... she's even included a couple in her own collection....xGx
